Yesterday and today we watched a epiosde of CSI Miami. CSI Miami is a crime drama a bit like New Tricks. I found that New Tricks was more of a realistic series. CSI Miami was also a little bit exaggerated. However, I enjoyed New Tricks more because it wasn't always action or problem solving, at times it went into their social life. The culture was skyscrapers, taxis, everyones tanned etc. (Barthes Theory)
The film was a typical film pattern of everythings normal, there's a problem, it gets solved and everything is normal again (equilibrium, disequilibrium, equilibruim (Todorov's Theory).
